Caregiver’s Mindful Moments is a caregiver wellness and educational-support application. It does not diagnose mental-health conditions, provide therapy, prescribe treatment, or replace professional care or emergency services. The Caregiver Resilience Score is a personal reflection tool, not a medical or mental-health assessment.

All wellness content is marked for RN and behavioural-health review before public launch.

Your check-ins, journal entries and gratitude notes are private to your account and protected by row-level security. Support mentors see only the support requests assigned to them, never your journal. Administrators manage wellness content and cannot read your journal text.

Please do not store care-recipient names, diagnoses, medications, insurance information, Social Security numbers, medical-record numbers, or other protected health information in this app.

You may delete individual journal entries, or your entire account and data, at any time from Profile.

Use this app for personal caregiver wellness support only. You are responsible for the content you enter. Access may be suspended for misuse. The app is provided as-is, without warranty of clinical outcome.

We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA: high-contrast colour, minimum 44-pixel touch targets, keyboard-reachable controls, labelled form fields, and text that scales with your device settings. If something is hard to use, tell us through Request Support and we will fix it.

By creating an account you consent to storing your check-in and journal data so the app can show your history and patterns. Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
